1. General Policy
Payments made to U2I Foundation through official payment channels are subject to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Accelerator Fee Payments
Accelerator enrollment fees may be non-refundable once onboarding, reserved seat allocation, structured access, or program preparation has begun.
Refund requests may be considered only in exceptional circumstances at U2I Foundation’s sole discretion.
3. Duplicate Payments
If a duplicate payment is made unintentionally for the same purpose, users may contact U2I with payment proof for verification and possible reversal.
4. Failed Transactions
If payment fails but amount is debited, reversal is generally handled by the payment gateway / bank as per their timelines.

- Card settlement delay
5. Donations
Donations are voluntary contributions toward U2I Foundation’s mission and are generally non-refundable.
Exceptions may be reviewed only in rare verified cases.
6. Cancellation by User
If a user wishes to cancel participation before formal onboarding or execution begins, a written request may be reviewed.
Approval is not guaranteed.
7. Cancellation by U2I
U2I Foundation reserves the right to cancel, postpone, restructure, or defer programs due to operational, strategic, legal, or ecosystem reasons.
Appropriate remedies, if any, may be determined by U2I.
8. Fraud / Unauthorized Transactions
Payments made to unofficial links, impersonators, unauthorized accounts, or fraudulent channels are outside U2I Foundation responsibility.
9. Refund Processing Timeline
If approved, refunds may take standard banking/payment gateway processing time depending on the transaction mode.
