Terms & Conditions

These terms govern use of the U2I Foundation website, NGO Accelerator applications, payments, donations, partnerships, and related communication.

By accessing the U2I Foundation website, submitting an enquiry, applying for any U2I program, making a payment, donating, or engaging with U2I Foundation in any form, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About U2I Foundation

U2I Foundation is a mission ecosystem focused on NGO institutional strengthening, guided impact pilots, community-linked execution, CSR / institutional partnerships, and structured social impact pathways.

U2I Foundation helps NGOs become more structured, credible, documented, and impact-ready. It does not replace the NGO’s leadership, legal responsibility, governance responsibility, or field ownership.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or submitting information through U2I channels, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Disclaimer.

3. Website Usage

Users agree not to:

  • Misuse the website, forms, content, payment pages, or communication channels.
  • Submit false, misleading, incomplete, unauthorized, or unlawful information.
  • Attempt unauthorized access, copying, scraping, manipulation, or disruption of the website.
  • Use U2I’s name, material, or payment links for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.

4. NGO Applications and Selection

Submission of an application, enquiry, or expression of interest does not guarantee selection, enrollment, onboarding, partnership, or acceptance into any U2I program.

Applications may be reviewed based on U2I’s internal criteria, documentation status, seriousness, eligibility, program fit, capacity, geographic focus, and other relevant considerations.

5. Accelerator Enrollment Terms

U2I’s NGO Strengthening Accelerator is a structured institutional strengthening journey. It may include orientation, documentation review, capacity building, guided pilot planning, reporting readiness, and related support as defined by the program structure applicable at that time.

Enrollment may be subject to selection, payment confirmation, onboarding requirements, documentation submission, and acceptance of applicable policies.

6. Payment Terms

Payments must be made only through official U2I Foundation payment pages, authorized Razorpay links, official invoices, or officially communicated payment channels.

Users are responsible for verifying the payment amount, purpose, and official payment destination before completing any transaction.

Payment gateway charges, taxes, bank charges, or processing costs may apply depending on the nature of transaction and gateway terms.

7. Donation Terms

Donations made to U2I Foundation are voluntary contributions toward the mission of NGO strengthening, guided impact, community initiatives, institutional capacity building, or related charitable/social objectives.

Donations do not create any entitlement to services, accelerator admission, funding preference, decision-making authority, partnership rights, or control over U2I programs.

Tax benefit, if applicable, will depend on valid statutory approvals held by U2I Foundation and the information provided by the donor.

8. No Funding Guarantee

U2I Foundation does not guarantee CSR funding, grants, donor funding, government approvals, statutory approvals, 12A/80G/CSR-1 approval, corporate partnership, funder selection, or any specific financial outcome.

U2I’s role is to strengthen institutional readiness, documentation discipline, structured execution, impact evidence orientation, and ecosystem confidence.

9. NGO Responsibility

Each NGO remains solely responsible for its own legal compliance, governance, filings, financial records, board decisions, field execution, statutory submissions, donor reporting, and internal controls.

U2I may provide guidance, structure, templates, review support, or ecosystem direction, but the final responsibility for accuracy, compliance, and execution remains with the concerned NGO.

10. Accuracy of Information

Users, NGOs, donors, and partners must ensure that all information, documents, payment details, declarations, and representations submitted to U2I are accurate, current, lawful, and authorized.

U2I may reject, suspend, cancel, or defer applications or engagement if information is found to be false, incomplete, misleading, unauthorized, or inconsistent.

11. Intellectual Property

U2I’s frameworks, methodologies, training material, templates, formats, website content, visual identity, program structures, process architecture, and ecosystem models are protected intellectual assets unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, commercialize, or modify U2I material without prior written permission.

12. Communication Consent

By submitting forms or contacting U2I Foundation, users consent to receiving communication through email or other official channels regarding applications, payments, donations, partnerships, events, updates, or support.

13. Third-Party Services

U2I Foundation may use third-party tools such as Razorpay, Google Forms, analytics tools, email platforms, cloud services, CRM tools, or other service providers.

Third-party services are governed by their own policies and terms. U2I Foundation is not responsible for downtime, technical errors, transaction delays, policy changes, or operational failures of third-party platforms.

14. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, duplicate payments, failed transactions, and donation reversals are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy published on this website.

15. Limitation of Liability

U2I Foundation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, reputational, funding-related, opportunity-related, or expectation-based losses arising from website use, program participation, non-selection, payment delay, third-party decision, or any interpretation of website content.

16. Fraud, Misuse, and Unauthorized Representation

Fraudulent submissions, fake documents, unauthorized use of U2I name, impersonation, unauthorized payment collection, or misuse of U2I content may lead to rejection, cancellation, reporting, legal action, or other appropriate response.

17. Program Modifications

U2I Foundation may modify, pause, restructure, rename, expand, reduce, or discontinue any program, service, fee structure, page, content, timeline, or process based on operational, legal, strategic, or ecosystem requirements.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by applicable laws of India. Subject to applicable law, jurisdiction shall be linked to the registered/correspondence location of U2I Foundation in Maharashtra, India.

19. Updates to These Terms

U2I Foundation may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised date.
